Hello.

I have the XML documents on the ota folder but I would like to send through HTTP to another gateway the OTA message itself which is a binary message (UTF-8 encoded, I think). Is it possible?

Configure an HTTP SMSC connection, and supply an appropriate URL template for submitting a binary message through the other gateway.
