Hi,
I use NowSMS as a MMSC and I can successfully send and receive MMS from phone to phone, but I don't receive delivery reports.
In the logs it seems they are actually sent though :

I'm sorry, but I need more context on this.
We're strictly talking about one phone sending a message to another phone, right?
What are the phone types?
One of the things that you will notice is that on many phones, MMS delivery reports pop up on the screen and then quickly disappear. They don't actually go into the inbox, and if you don't happen to be looking at the phone at the right time, you'll miss it.
Some of these phones (SonyEricsson) will usually record the current status in the "Sent" folder, but may or may not display anything when the delivery report is received. On Nokia phones, I usually see the delivery report flash on screen when it is received, and then it just disappears.
So I'm not sure that you're seeing anything more than just illogical behaviour from the MMS client on the phone.

Yes I've just noticed that today, actually I first thought the delivery reports were saved on the phone like SMS receipts, but it's not the case. I use a motorola phone and indeed the popup doesn't last very long.
