Generally speaking, you need to associate an "MMSC Outbound Route" that routes the sender address back to your VASP.
When NowSMS has a message for the sender, it will route it to the VASP.
That said, I don't think we support delivery reports on the EAIF interface. We may revisit this in the future ... originally the EAIF interface was designed with the idea that outbound connections were to a server, where we would not route such a report. However, now that there is a "To VASP/To MMSC" checkbox, it might be practical to support them for a "To VASP" connection. That is something that we will have to evaluate further.
