1. Do you plan add credit balance for MMSC users as is for SMS users? I think that it will be very usefull.

2.Is it possible to modify all user's parameters (exp. message limits) via WEB/HTTP interface or only with mmsuser command line utility?

1. I think we will, I just don't know when at this point. It was on the "wish list" for the v5.0 release, but it didn't make it because other items took longer than we expected.

2. I noticed the other day that the parameters described in http://www.nowsms.com/support/bulletins/tb-nowsms-005.htm are an incomplete list. There are additional parameters of MaxMsgsPerDay and MaxMsgsPerMonth that are supported on the requests described in that document. If the parameters are omitted or set to 0, then that means the account uses the default settings.
