I want to make a site where people can send a mms to and they can see it on the site.

What must I do for that? What must I do first, second? My one MMS Server? PHP script?

This is not the first time that this had been asking, but I couldn't find it.

Im a final year student. I make ap roject that can sent a mms to my web application that i develop using php. Also a user can request what they need from my site and i can send a feedback to a user.how can i develop this system using nowsms?what other capable software n hardware that i need for my system.Can u aswer me as soon as posibble..pleaseee....
