We're using nowmms to send OTA to our customers mobile phones. I'm currently testing a Nokia 6230, and I have to use a pin code and pincode type which in this case is USERPIN, to send OTA.
But I can't delete any settings again from the mobile phone, even If I reset the phone.
I've searched your Discussion Board, but can't find anything about this problem.
Please help!!! |

Enter the following code on the Nokia 6230, and a dialog will display that allows you to delete settings:
*#335738#
Unfortunately, a quirk of the Nokia Series 40 implementation is that they do not allow settings that have been provisioned to the phone via OMA OTA to be edited or deleted. There is only this backdoor method for deletion that is documented in the "Series 40 Developer Platform 2.0: OMA Client Provisioning" document.
