Hi Folks,
MMSC Routing - if there are messages out which are pending, does this make the MMSC sending newly submitted messages via the old MMSC routing, until the backlog is cleared?

Sorry I missed your question earlier.
The answer depends somewhat on the version of NowSMS that you are running.
Prior to v5.51, NowSMS determines which "MMSC Routing" to use at the time that a message is submitted.
Changes can be made to the parameters of the route and they will be picked up dynamically. However, the route itself cannot be changed, NowSMS will keep trying to route via the named route that it evaluated for the message at submission time.
Changes were made in v5.51. In v5.51, the only determination that is made at submission time is whether the MMSC will perform direct delivery, or use an "MMSC Routing". If we determine that an "MMSC Routing" will be used, then we will re-evaluate any routing changes after the message has been submitted.
