Some phones (spec. Siemens) have in UAProf parameter in HTTP header dynamic URL (not fix URL to xml or rdf file). NowSMS saves these identical URLs appart as new files. URLs are identical, but filenames not. Example (from UAPROF.INI):
http://communication-market.siemens.de/portal/UAProf/UAP.aspx?device=S65&v=11=0B 1CE2FA.xml
http://communication-market.siemens.de/portal/UAProf/UAP.aspx?device=S65&v=11=E9 5F1177.xml

Without knowing more about it, I'd say it is a feature.
But it sounds mighty suspicious, as I can't see why a phone would have a dynamic URL as its UAProf, so I decided that I had better take a closer look.
Then I realised that on first read, I misunderstood you. When I think of a dynamic URL, I think of one that changes. But as you mention, the URLs are identical.
The issue is that we don't like them to include a "=" sign. This causes some problems with delimiters when the entries are written to the UAPROF.INI file.
I can send you an update that fixes this problem. If you want to send an e-mail to nowsms@now.co.uk, and put "Please e-mail update" in the subject line, then reference this problem, we'll get it sorted for you.

As I learnt it happens only with siemens uaprofs.
