Hi Des, I've configured a mm7 VASP account that uses sender address with email format. We have also enabled delivery-receipts, so they are properly sent by email to the configured sender address. We're not seeing these delivery reports (to email) in the MMSC-AAAAMMDD.LOG (MMSIN notifications .req and MMSRECEIVE ones are proplerly logged). Is that correct? Would it be possible to add an entry in MMSC-AAAAMMDD.LOG for each delivery-report sent (as being seen with other "number" format sender addresses). Thank you, Gonzalo | |||

Hi Gonzalo, This is a tough one. Technically, if the message comes from a VASP, the delivery report should go back out to the VASP, even if the sender address was an e-mail address. So I'm not as concerned with the logging issue as I am that the report is going out via the SMTP interface. This requires more investigation. I'd welcome additional comments, as I am struggling to work out this logic. -- Des NowSMS Support | |||
