Hi
I tried to connect to modem using Hypert terminal
In order to check if it's support GPRS command but I couldn't I have this Message Impossible to open the COM
Can someone tell me what is wrong ?

What is the error message that you received?

Normally you only encounter a problem with Hyperterminal opening a port, if there is another application that already has the port open.

This other application might be NowSMS ... or it could be software that you install for the phone such as the Nokia PC Suite. You need to shut down any other software that might be using the modem in order to access it, as only one application can access the modem at a time.
