I've been running this particular phone with great success for several months. For no apparent reason it has stopped working as well as several other test phones. The web interface can still send messages, but no one can retrieve them. Nothing in the MMSC config has changed, and the phone settings have not changed. The license has not expired or exceeded capacity. Thoughts? |

Jamie,
I believe we've corresponded about this issue via e-mail.
It had something to do with whether or not phone numbers were in international format. I am not sure that I know all of the details, but if you are still experiencing a problem, please advise the exact text of the log file entry.
