}hi there,
try to connect using 2 modems with 2 sim cards of different telco. NOWSMS send the ringtone using the 2 modems simultenously but user receive nothing?? any idea how to solve this?

What version of NowSMS?

I suspect you are running a version prior to v5.01.

Try updating to v5.50. Previously there were issues that different parts of a multipart message could be routed out via different SMSC connections, which could cause delivery problems.
