Does anyone know of a MMS gateway/provider based in UK that allows sending and receiving of MMS to anywhere in the world?

There aren't interoperability agreements between all of the operators around the world at this point, so what you're asking for is a pretty tall order.

If you reallly need to get anywhere in the world, you'll have better luck with WAP push.
