Hi - I am about to start some testing with a service in the US that needs to receive MMS messages from clients (phones). ANy recomended GSM modems that I should get for this? Needs to be a PCI or external (not PC card). We will be going direct to carrier eventually.

Multitech has versions of their GSM/GPRS modem that support US frequencies.

Also, the Nokia 31 GSM/GPRS Terminal is the version of the Nokia external modems with support for US frequencies.

It does seem relatively hard to source these modems in the US, but here is a site that someone recommended to me recently:
