Hi, We can't receive MMS since our telco is encountering authentication error: 12:55:20:908 [13] ProcessMM7Request: Requesting authorisation credentials 12:55:20:908 [13] SendCommand: HTTP/1.1 401 Auth Required WWW-Authenticate: Basic realm=MM7 Content-Type: text/html Content-Length: 98 We gave them this URL: http://<ip>/mm7/account=password How can we resolve this? Hi, It sounds like they are not using a valid URL to connect to your system. This is correct:
... as long as "account" and "password" are valid for an "MMSC VASP" that is defined, and "MM7" access is enabled for that account. Right above that in the MMSCDEBUG.LOG, it should show the URL request (without the host name) that is coming in from the other side ... check to make sure that is what is expected. -- Des NowSMS Support | |||

Hi Des, I got your point, however during our tests we found out from our GSM operator that they can enter user and password that I assigned for them under VASP account. Subscriber MMS messages are now coming to our platform. Thanks again. | |||
