Hi, Now that I have finished with the Mobile Terminating (MT) part of MMS, I need to move on to the Mobile Originating (MO) part. Is there an alternative way in Now MMS to do automatic user identification without user name/password or HTTP header? For example, Radius interogation or even simpler, via a HTTP query? My objective is to have Now MSS insert the correct sender phone number in the message. Many thanks, . | |||

Hi, The MMSC can only parse this information from HTTP headers. It doesn't necessarily need to be WAP, it could be some other sort of proxy. We just generally see this type of RADIUS integration built into WAP proxies. -bn | |||
