Hi, I would like to know if the NowSMS is able to handle delivery reports and read-reply reports to phone originator.
I have an application to send MMS messages using NowSMS and I need to receive these reports.

You can request both delivery reports and read reply reports.

Whether or not you receive these reports can depend on some issues. (For example, the read report is generated by the receiving client, and the receiving client may either block the sending of this report, or prompt the user whether or not to send it.)

Unfortunately, the proprietary URL submission technique does not allow you to request either the delivery report or read report. But you can set these values when making a request via MM7.
