Hi,
I am trying to send binary message with dcs=4 through url but the outlog shows dcs=8, so at the receiving end it is causing a problem, please help |

Hi,
You need to incluce more details about what you are actually submitting. (The actual URL would be helpful.)
The only reason the DCS would change is if you did not specify a hex string of data as the text of the message. (And even then, I think you'd get an error.)
Basically ... I need more details of what exactly you are doing.
