Dear support,
i downloaded the latest version of now sms and i tried to send long english sms with no success.
i just recieve the second part of the message and its rabish. is there a solution for that

What type of SMSC connection are you using?
If you are using an SMPP connection, then please note that there are differences in the way that different providers implement long message support.
When defining the SMPP connection in NowSMS, under "Advanced Settings", there is a setting "Encode long text messages with 7-bit packed encoding". Try changing this setting and see if this resolves your problem, as it may simply be that your SMPP provider is expecting a different format. (Note that to save this configuration change, you need to press Ok twice, then Apply to save the change.)
If this does not resolve your problem, please explain the type of SMSC connection that you are using. |
