Hi Bryce,

We are using NowSMS with the features to forward incoming SMPP sms to our own HTTP api. A SMPP customer of mine however is complaining that sometimes the sending id's that you guys use aren't always unique and another complaint is that for concatenated messages the sendingid's look very different (SAR-+381646126419-1-6-1) than for non concatenated sms (4784B330).

Is there any way we can influence this behaviour?

Are the non-unique id's the "SAR-" prefixed ids? (That is the only possibility that I could see.)

Unfortunately, there is currently no way to change these "SAR-" prefixed ids. But this sounds like something that we should investigate further.
