Hi Paul, Do the servers have the same MMSC.INI file settings? In order for the MMSC to identify the sending user, it needs to have configuration parameters applied for how it receives the MSISDN of the sender from the network. See http://www.nowsms.com/support/bulletins/tb-nowsms-002.htm for discussion of these settings. If these settings are identical, I think I'd need to see an MMSCDEBUG.LOG in order to understand the problem. The easiest way to enable the MMSCDEBUG.LOG is via a checkbox on the "Serial #" page of the configuration dialog. It would help to see an MMSCDEBUG.LOG showing a submit attempt to the working server, and then the same device attempting submit to the non-working server. -bn |
