I'm a t-mobile subscriber and cannot view the picture message as sent to my phone I have been given the pmcollect website and a password but cannot access the picture, what is the problem? | |||

I'm sorry, but we have no control over or involvement with T-Mobile's MMS messaging system. They do not use our product, and we cannot comment as to whether or not their MMS system is working properly. Unfortunately, the only advice that I can offer is to contact T-Mobile. Also, as a general rule, many operator systems will delete messages that have not been retrieved within a certain period of time, and it is possible that you cannot access the message because it was not retrieved within a timeout period. (I have seen some operators that require you to retrieve the message within 48 or 72 hours.) It is also possible that someone is playing a joke on your, and sent you a message that looks like it is coming from that system, but really isn't. ALSO, PLEASE DO NOT POST YOUR MOBILE PHONE NUMBER HERE ... I'M SORRY, BUT WE CANNOT HELP YOU. | |||

Hi! Everyone! I also had problem in sending picture message. I download the ImageMagick to convert the jpg or gif to OTB Bitmap. Then using file2hex to convert to hex string. After that using the NowSMS gateway to send " Nokia Picture Message" under Send Binary Message. But in my handphone i can't receive the picture i sent. It was distorted. Anyone know what was the reason ? Did I do anything wrong? Thanks a lot! Jess | |||

This site has nothing to do with your problem. We have no control over of your operator's MMS messaging system, and we cannot comment as to whether or not their MMS system is working properly. I do share your frustration. I think the implementation of some provider's picture messaging systems have left many customers frustrated. this website is rubbish,my aunt sent me a picture but insted of recieving it i got a message saying i need to visit this website to recieve it and i have to view it in 3 days but it wont let me see it.i think it is totally of of f***ing order that she had to pay to send it yet i cant see it.if you dont sort this site out im very sure people will take further action & if they dont i will!!!!!!!!!!!!! | |||

If you received a message that told you to visit this website (www.nowsms.com) to retrieve your message, then someone is playing a joke on you. More likely you received a message to visit a web site of a mobile operator to retrieve your message. And we are not related to that web site. There's no point complaining to us, because we have no control over of your operator's MMS messaging system, and we cannot comment as to whether or not their MMS system is working properly. I'm glad to see that our site ranking is so high. I'd rather be at the top of the rubbish pile than at the bottom. Think of the poor souls whose web site comes up on page 37 of the "this site is rubbish" search results. That's got to be hard. Iv tried to be polite but clearly every one is unhappy with the picture message problem and iam to add to that list photos are very sentimental and you offer a srvice that i dont doubt we must pay fot some where along the lines wich we are not getting so reply to thes messages with advice or just get on and sort the problem or i recommened we all boycot t-mobile and change networks causing a lot of un wanted hassle which i for one dont have time for!! you have been warned!! I've tried to be polite as well. The complaints in this thread have nothing to do with the Now SMS/MMS Gateway product offered on this web site. The complaints in this thread are random complaints from people who are unhappy with the MMS services offered by their mobile operator. Please feel free to complain ... just don't expect us to do anything to resolve the problems, because we do not have any control over your mobile operator's system. | |||

Hi, I have been trying all bl***y night to reclaim my picture. What the hell is going on, all these people complaining and you still do F*** all about it. I am fed up reading all the negative comments about this S**t service I have just jumped on my mobile and smashed it up, I feel so much better!! Smash away. I think that is the first sensible thing I have read in this thread. This web site has absolutely nothing to do with the service that you are complaining about. This is the technical support forum for the Now SMS/MMS Gateway software product, which is completely unrelated to your complaint. I wish I could do more to resolve your complaint ... but I think you'd be best served by taking the phone back to the shop from which you purchased it (or contacting the appropriate help line or forum for the vendor from which you purchased it if you purchased it on-line). | |||
