If suppose an OTA message is to be sent for the updation of EF(for some network parameters), and it requires CHV, how does the network know the chv of the SIM, if the user changes it very often from the default one.?? So, if the network sends OTA message with the CHV different from the one used by the user, then wouldnt it block the sim card, and happen to make the user enter PUK1 without him actually locking the same with 3 unsuccessful CHV tries.?? | |||
