Hi Alexandre, If the message starts with "id:unknown", then this indicates that there is either a problem with the modem or the mobile operator network not providing enough information to identify which message the receipt is for. Under normal circumstances, the message text of the receipt should start with "id:xxxxxxxx", where "xxxxxxxx" will match the message id that was assigned by NowSMS when you submitted the message. However, some modems do not return enough information to allow the receipt to be matched, in which case "id:unknown" is returned. In this case, all you know is that a message was successfully delivered to "+558699826217". If you sent more than one message to that phone number, you do not know which one was delivered. -- Des NowSMS Support |
