May i know what is the max message can send out per minute? The price is fixed or based on the total message sent out per minute as well?

Hi,
It depends on the modem, signal strength, and mobile network operator conditions.
The price of NowSMS Lite is fixed, it is not per minute or per second based.
I'd recommend that you experiment with the trial version and your modem/mobile operator connection. The licensed product will function the same as the trial.
