Hi,

I am facing the problem when opening the sync message ie, I sent the xml using WDP/WSP/WbXML and got the SMS saying "Sync Settings" but when I open the message, it shows "General Error". On Other model it said: "Message format not supported".

I have been working on this problem since long but with no joy.

it would be of great help if you could kindly suggest the probable cause of this error.

Let me know if you need sync(WBXML/UDH/WSP)details from my side.
