I've tried to send wap push MMS notification to MMS LG VX6000.
The SMS Bearer Data As follow:
【00-IDENTIFIER】TYPE=1(Deliver), ID=75, HeadInd=0
【01-USER DATA 】ENCODING=0(Octect), NUM_FIELD=140,
DATA=00 02 00(According to protocol WDP，this is WDP Messag Type;Total
Number of Segments is 2; Segment Number is 0)
23 F0 0B 84 (And source_port is 23 F0,ie.9200;destination_port is 0B 84,ie
2948.The last is WSP Data)

And the SMS_TeleserviceID is 4100。
But message center send the short message to the mobile station.
The MS think it as WAP PUSH SM so not to send acknowledgement to BS/MSC.
And the MSC return smdpp negative ack(SMS_Causecode is 32"no page
response") to MC.
My question is:
(1)Is The SMS Bearer Data of Wap Push right?
(2)So,the MSC should not require the acknowledgement of WAP PUSH SMS?
And,return smdpp ack(positive) to MC?
