Hellow, after the upgrade to the new version our WAPGW (v2011-04-11), in one point of the day doesn't receive any more connections, this happened several times during the week almost 3 or 4 times per week, the solution to be able to receive new connections is restart the windows server 2008, what do you need to perform a deep analysis of what causing this issue in our server?, thanks in advance for your support | |||

Hi José, I assume this is an upgrade. Is it running on the same server as the previous version of NowWAP was? Or is this a different server? What are your typical peak numbers for active users and requests? Is there a virus scanner actively running on the system? If so, try disabling it, as it seems that many virus scanners that try to do real time TCP/IP scanning can get overwhelmed. One other question ... for troubleshooting, is it possible to arrange for us to temporarily use remote access to try to monitor the problem? -- Des NowSMS Support | |||
