How would one setup proxy shortcuts (things like proxy:homepage which takes to the homepage, or proxy:search, etc) in NowWAP? Thanks | |||

Hi Marcus, There is a URL rewrite facility which will match against the start of a URL to rewrite it. NowWAP will look for a file named URLREWRITE.TXT in its program directory. This file can contain a list of URLs that should be remapped ... for example, the following would be valid: proxy:homepage=http://mypage/home http://homepage/=http://mypage/home http://homepage=http://mypage/home I use the bottom two examples to show a quirk regarding how this facility works. The matching evaluates the entries in sequence. You may have an issue with entries coming with or without a trailing "/", and you don't want to end up doubling it up. -- Des NowSMS Support | |||
