Hi,
Through your Now SMS portal, i am sending "Send OMA setting" to Motorola A835 handset.
I am using Secure Chap with user PIN (12345678).
Service message is received at handset, but Failed to update.
Can u help?

Hi Alon,
Bryce would normally respond to this type of question in one of the NowSMS support areas.
Have you tried creating your own XML for the OMA Provisioning document, instead of using our generic "Send OMA Settings"? (Enter the XML document in the "Send XML Settings" dialog.)
The reason I ask is because it seems that some phones have significant quirks in what provisioning content they will accept.
Bryce found an OMA settings document published by Motorola, and posted it in the following thread:

Also, if you haven't tried it without the USERPIN ... give it a try without any PIN setting.

Sorry, you'd ahve to ask your operator.
What is being discussed here is how an operator or service provider could send these settings out to a phone programmatically.
Sorry, but we have no information on configuration settings for your mobile operator. |

Hi Joseph Ayre, Try to store the wap settings through this way::: Main Menu --> WebAccess --> Web Sessions --> New Entry --> Configure the settings as per ur operator's specification. After entering, make that as Default.} |

three in the UK, does not allow you to access ANY sites outside of theirown, they have called this a walled garden, hope that answers a few questions above |

I have a 3G mobile A835 which i am using in india i wanted mms on my phone so i asked the service provider to activate it but the mms server cannot be changed on it by default it only shows the 3mms server please help me....by emailing me |
