Hello
I have the proxy v2.58(1500 license) set up and running on DL360 with 2x3Ghz CPU and 2 GB Memory.(Windows 200 Sp4) After 1 week working proxy restarted with massage:
ERROR GWmalloc" "" "Memory Exception Error during malloc - insufficient memory
With 1GB configuration i have same problem, after increasing to 2GB situation its same.
Is it a known issue?
Or We have to use to some other Hardwware configuration for this?

Hi,
I'm sorry that a reply has not been posted previously.
I am not aware of any memory issues like you describe.
It is very unusual for the proxy to be using as much memory as you describe. I would be curious if you view the statistics under "Task Manager". In particular, enable the "VM Size" and "Memory Usage" columns. Are these columns showing a memory usage that continues to grow?
Windows 2000 could be an issue, as we generally recommend either Windows XP Professional or Windows 2003 Server.
However, I am also curious if you are using the WTLS version, and if you have many clients configured to make use of WTLS. (As I seem to recall a WTLS specific memory issue.)
