I'm use GSM modem that support AT commands. I'm need to send sms on some phone. And when phone of DA receive my sms he must see string of characters, that I'm typed, in the filed of OA. Example: AT+CMGS=28 >07D19720150110F011000B919720655701F10018AA0E0050007200650076006500640021<CTRL+Z > I'm telling to modem: 07 - count of next octets. D1 - type of number: 11010001 - Alphanumeric, ISDN/telephone numbering plan. 9720150110F0 - phone number. And so on default PDU packet formation. Why modem return to me "+CMS ERROR: 111"? What isn't correct in all this? |

Sorry, but you're definitely in the wrong place here. This is the support forum for the Now WAP Proxy. It does not even deal with SMS here. But to provide a few quick answers ... you cannot override the sender address when sending SMS via a GSM modem. And you seem to be trying to submit the message to an alphanumeric SMSC which is probably why a protocol error is being returned. A CMS error code list can be found here: http://www.nowsms.com/discus/messages/1/829.html For further questions/discussions, you are welcome to post in one of the discussion forum areas that are labeled "not for product support". |
