I am using the WAP gateway inside a firewall and connecting with a call box and a phone. I entered the proxy info for my firewall in the Options tab and added the HTTP Proxy port on the HTTP tab then started the service, but there is no activity, only the time that the service has been running. Am I missing something?

That would indicate that no device has connected to the WAP gateway. (Which is probably an IP routing related issue, meaning that your device has no path through the firewall to the gateway.)
