First you'll need the following:
A cpu w/ two NICs
now.wap of course
Anytype of proxy software
I am assuming that you are behind a router throughout this process.
**All IP addresses mentioned are for instructional purposes only**
PROXY SETTINGS
First, lets setup a proxy (I used Ghostsurf for this) setup your web browser(s) to route through the proxy at the following address 127.0.0.1:7212, I am using port 7212 but its your choice.
NIC # 1's IP address is 192.168.0.100
NIC # 2's IP address is 192.168.0.103.
Place NIC # 2 in a DMZ and then forward
the following ports from NIC #2, ports: 9200, 9201, & 8080.
NOW.WAP PROXY SETTINGS
Options Tab= HTTP Proxy Server: 127.0.0.1:8212
HTTP Tab= HTTP Proxy Port: 9200
YOUR CELL PHONE'S SETTINGS
Homepage: www.google.com/wml
Wap Setting:
Proxy Address Setting this is your CPU's real IP address. Goto WhatIsMyIP.com to get this.
Primary address= IP address found above.
Secondary address = NIC # 2's IP address.
Port Settings:
Primary Port= 9200
Secodary Port= 8080
Thats it now you can use your own WAP server and save yourself $$$$.

ok well im really confused i downloaded your ghostsurf and i hav the nowwap so wut do i do i hav a samsung sch-a650 and im using wap tunnel right now. |
