How reliable is a sms message? In other word if I send a sms, when may I expect it is received? I ask this question because I imagine that most of the times the sms is received almost immediately, but in certain circumstances I may experience a delay (for instance if the operator has a lot of traffic in that moment). Please let me know if you have documentation / info / links about this subject. Thanks Franco | |||

In the meantime in this web-site I have found a reason for non delivering a sms: "A mobile operator will not accept an SMS message for delivery unless it has a direct or indirect billing relationship with the sender." Any other possibility? Thanks | |||
