Hi,how does a phone device select my program to receive MMS, I write a program for getting MMS push notification,but the program is always called. what should i do? thanks alot.

The answer to that question is going to be phone specific.

I am not aware of any standard interface definition.

So you would need to find out from the phone manufacturer and/or operating system developer.
