I have received the "m-retrieve-conf" type MMS data from MMSC using WSP&WTP protocol through a modem, and I want to send a delivery acknowledgement to MMSC. But I don't know how to encode the WTP and WSP headr. I just know how to encode the delivery ack MMS header. Can anyone tell me how to do that? The wsp & wtp protocol specifications are too hard to understand. I just want to find a example I can use. the data I received from MMSC is like this:  | |||
