Hi, my goal is to send a simple binary SMS message to a cell phone, and then this SMS message is consumed by an application running on the cell phone. Need your help to identify the coding details. I understand that I should add an ApplicationID to the header of the SMS packet - but how to add this ApplicationID is the question. Thanks | |||
