Any one can help me ?
I configurate the SMSC and click GSM phone over Modem option and select com1 connecting a developing board with a wireless model(cms91),but
return "unable to connect modem,ensure that is powered on and passes diagnostic tests".why ??

If your modem is HSP56 Micro modem then it will not support sms/mms messaging ; Check your modem type; If it is HSP56 then Add a GSM sim card to facilitate above said services.

Are you able to issue any AT commands to the modem via HyperTerminal (e.g., ATZ) ...
