I have connected my WM6 via USB, but in the 'Device Manager' of my PC, the WM6 is shown under the 'Network Adapter' categories, but not in the Modems category.

Can WM6 be used to send the AT commands?

Generally speaking most so-called smart phones do not expose a modem interfa ce that supports AT commands for SMS. This includes Blackberry, iPhone, Win dows Mobile, and UIQ. Nokia Series 60 / Symbian can send only via this inte rface, but not receive.
