Hi, When i am trying to configure the SMSC using GSM Modem, following error occurs. please advise me the further proceedings. SMSC Modem Configuration : Nos SMS/MMS Gateway v3.10 ERROR "Unable to Acces Modem.Ensure that is powered on and passes diagnostic tests" Urgent reply will be highly appreciatable. Rajinikanth. | |||

Take a look at Step 2 in our Quick Start Guide. That section has some pointers for what to do when you're troubleshooting get a GSM modem working. Then, if you're still stuck ... like Tony suggests, tell us what model of modem you have, then we might have more specific suggestions. -bn | |||
