Hi,
I am a web developer from Canada (asp/asp.net) and I have been given the task to try to develop a web app that can send compressed video to cell phones for one of our clients. In Canada our operators use gsm or cdma.
the we app needs to 1) upload a file for distribution, 2) upload a list of numbers that will receive the file (compressed video or audio; possibly jpegs 3)attempt to send the file to each number. I know that there will be multiple fails as attempts will be made for all numbers with all carriers but we will be charged only for successes.
I am a rookie when it comes to mobile device apps (or web apps that talk to mms-c). I have developed the presentation layer but have no clue where to begin after that. I hope someone could help me?
