Can anyone tell me the average number of SMS messages per second I should be able to receive using an EDGE enabled GPRS/GSM modem? I'm using a GSM modem now and am getting complaints of response times and I'm thinking of upgrading to an EDGE modem. Will this increase my throughput? Is anyone using this modem?
