Good Day,

We are using NowSMS 5.51. We are currently experiencing problems sending MMS to another country. We are using an SMPP bind to the other country's Jinny SMSC. MMS is very slow or doesn't arrive at all. The IP of the other SMSC is 172.24.24.236. the logs are showing a lot of
retry pending - Error timeout waiting for response from server or lost connection.
Can any one assist?

What MMSC u r using? Do u hve u'r own MMSC and u only want to send MMS Notification Message using NowSMS?

For MMS message first u send a notification message containing address of MMS message over a MMSC. Once phone receive that, than it uses WAP to download that MMS on the phone from MMSC.

So first make sure that u r using the write format for MMS Notification message. 2nd make sure that telecom operator allows that access of u'r MMSC to download MMS.
