man! who know how OTA sms have to cooperation with SIM for exchange some file on SIM(IMSI ,SMSC or etc)!what request from CHV (may use CHV1 and CHV2(PIN 1 and PIN2))or only administrative CHV(>3)! provider forever use ADM code or not for change some file on SIM! and what definition of field SMS header!!!thanks | |||
