Hi, I am working for Short Message service Center(SMS-C) product. I am facing one problem: Sometimes, SMS-C unable to send Submit_SM Response back to the ESME. Now if I restart the Proc Servers, SMS-C starts sending the Response. And sometimes, our SMPP port, gets hanged; i.e ESME can not bind to SMS-C. If they try to Telnet to SMS-C IP with that port num, they are unable to do so. Now if I restart the Portal Gateway, ie, to which Server (IP), ESME connects, then the problem gets resolved.
