What is to stop the operator from only configuring the phones to their WAP gateway for MMS? I would think that they would be very concerned with a routing outside of their control and prefer to rely on MM4 connections for inter operator transfers. | |||

This is the case with quite a few different operator systems. There's a mix of environments out there. (Of course not every operator system out there currently supports MM4 ... or even MM7.) | |||
