Hi All

There are 3 kinds of response that we get from SMSC.
1. Delivered – Message delivered to SME
2. Undelivered/ Failed – Message not delivered to SME
3. Pending - Messages for which SMSC has not replied as Delivered, Undelivered/failed.

Below said are the error code that we get from SMSC in case of undelivered message.
err:001
err:005
err:008
err:00B
err:00C
err:030

I would like to know why message fails (what are the reasons and can we do something about it to reduce its percentage).
Similarly how we can reduce “Pending” message percentage (what are the reasons and can we do something about it).
