Can anyone please help as I have tried to contact O2 customer care and have got nowhere! I have a nokia 3650 and am on O2 PAYG talk alot (300 free texts a month). For the last three days I have been unable to send text messages, an error message appears that either says 'check network services' or 'error, not a valid telephone number' This happens regardless of whether I try to reply to a message in my inbox or create a new text message. I am able to receive messages, but they arrive a few hours after they were sent. Please can anyone help?? !!!
