Hi there.
I understand that the Nokia 8250 supports the sending and receiving of SMS and that it is actually hayes compaitable.

The question is, how do I use hyperterminal to access the device as it is connected to the PC via the infrared device. Is there a way to create a virtual COM port for this device?

Go to u'r device manager and see on which port u'r phone is connected.

Then try to access that device using that port.
